Bergeralm chalet complex
The house lies in 2nd row completely outside with great unobstructable view into the valley to Steinach and the mountains, directly at the ski and hiking area "Bergeralm".
The house is divided into 3 "climate zones":
Basement - cool (low underfloor heating)
Ground floor - warm to very warm (floor heating and gas oven)
Top floor - medium ( residual heat from the fireplace, good sleeping climate )
Living
In the basement (with carport for 2 cars and wallbox for charging electric cars) is the spacious entrance area with wardrobe, mirror, bench and ski boot dryer (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. in the cupboard).
The ground floor includes a living/dining area for up to 10 persons with integrated kitchen, gas fireplace and direct access to the balcony and terrace (barbecue available), as well as a modern wellness area with sauna, shower, separate exit to the terrace and another large bathroom.
Sleeping
Upstairs there is the main bathroom, with double washbasin, and the four bedrooms, each with double bed (160 * 200) and wardrobe. The bedrooms on the right side (3 and 4) each have their own TV and access to another small balcony with a wonderful view of Steinach and the mountains. In bedroom 3 there is another small bathroom with shower, washstand and toilet. In bedroom 4 there is an additional bunk bed for 2 more people (bed size 80 * 200).
